I love how the plain weave keeps the weaving simple while the warp and weft color placement does all the work—the alternating blocks just appear as you go. Finished mine in a weekend and it looks stunning on the table.

The color-and-weave effect came out even better than the photo suggested—those alternating blocks really pop once it’s on the table. My weaving’s a bit uneven in spots, but the plain weave structure made it forgiving enough that it still looks intentional.

The instructions in the kit are so clear that even my first attempt at the plain weave came out even and neat. The way the warp and weft colors alternate really does create that lovely block effect, just like the description says. I'm already planning my next one.
