Koc Sofia (szydełkowy)

The texture on this one is what sold me — it’s got that lovely, handcrafted feel without being too heavy for a nursery throw. Worked up in just a couple of evenings, which is exactly what I needed for a last-minute baby shower gift.

I’ve made three of these now in different sizes and the texture is what keeps me coming back—the stitch definition is gorgeous and it stays soft even after washing. The pattern moves fast enough that I finished a baby throw in one weekend.

Made this for my niece’s nursery in the small size and it was done in just a few evenings, the texture is so thick and cozy. The pattern’s instructions were clear enough that I didn’t have to frog a single row, which never happens for me.
