Poinsettia Oppvaskbørste (Heklet)

Made a set for my sister’s kitchen and it’s honestly the cutest thing hanging by her sink. The crochet loops are dense enough to actually scrub stuck-on food without scratching dishes, and it dries fast between uses.

The poinsettia shape is so festive that I actually smile every time I do the dishes now, and it scrubs surprisingly well for something so pretty. It’s held up through about two weeks of daily use with no fraying or losing its shape in the sink.

I wasn't sure a crochet scrubby could handle real dish duty, but these poinsettias are surprisingly sturdy and the flower shape scrubs into cup corners better than my old flat sponge. They dry fast between uses, which keeps them from getting that sour smell, and they've held their shape through a we
