Le panier boxy (crochet)

I knit a lot of storage baskets and the nesting feature is what sold me—the three sizes stack into one tidy set that doesn’t hog my shelf. The flexible yet sturdy hold is perfect for yarn scraps on my desk, and I already picked a sunny yellow to brighten the corner.

The square shape makes these surprisingly roomy without flopping over, and I love that the three nesting sizes stack so neatly in my closet. The pattern reads clearly and the flexible-yet-sturdy structure held up perfectly once I switched to a tighter tension.

Finished all three sizes in a weekend and the way they nest inside each other is so satisfying to look at on my shelf. Even though the yarn is soft, the square walls hold up surprisingly well when I toss hats and gloves inside.
