Chaussons avion (crochet)

The pattern instructions were so clear, I had these slippers hooked up in a weekend while the kids were asleep. My little pilot wears them every single morning now, and the airplane shape is even cuter in person than in the photos.

My kid spotted the airplane shape immediately and refused to take these off until bedtime. The pattern's stitch-by-stitch layout made the whole project a relaxing weekend knit, and the whimsical propeller detail really sold the look.
