Sabre-laukku (virkattu)

The slouchy shape works up so fast because it’s all in the round, and I love that there’s zero sewing at the end—just crochet, clip, and go. The stitch combo gives it that soft, drapey feel that the sweater has, which is exactly what I wanted.

I’m usually impatient with patterns that need sewing, so the fact that this is worked all in the round with zero attaching was a huge win for me. The stitch combo gives it that same cozy, textured look as the sweater, and it’s genuinely fun to watch it take shape.

The pattern is brilliantly written—worked in the round means I didn't have to sew a single seam, which is my least favorite part of crochet. I finished it over a weekend and the slouch came out perfectly, just like the photos showed.
