The optional halfway color flip turned out way better than I expected—it gives the cowl this subtle ombré effect that looks almost custom. The Tunisian stitch pattern is rhythmic enough that I finished it in a weekend without my hands cramping up.
The seamless in-the-round construction means no awkward joining seams to fuss with, which I really appreciated. Working the rhythm of the Tunisian stitches was meditative, and the optional color flip gives it a whole new personality halfway through.
Working in the round on this one was a breeze—the seamless construction means no fiddly joining at the end, which I always dread. I did the color flip halfway through and the texture change kept the rhythm interesting from start to finish.
